Early falling leaves

Thank goodness for rain. We finally have green grass again after a good downpour this past week. Thunderstorms trump the return of London weather, and because we had so very little rain this summer, the leaves are dropping their leaves early. It's cozy times with tea and biscuits.

Today is about 20C which is perfect if you're hustling about the city. I was enroute to a meeting this morning in Southampton which is miles away, and just as my foot was on the train i got the call it was cancelled. Whew. So this afternoon i have another meeting in the city which turns out to be much better anyway.

Work is tough, and i've had to battle fear demons that hold me back from being persistent and making opportunities. Fear is a separate entity that i don't think belongs to a human, it's kinda like fat deposits on the belly or hips that certainly don't belong and are so hard to get rid of. It takes constant attention and awareness to keep the mind fit and strong against our battle with fear. If you get lazy, fear grows like fat. Grossout. Our thoughts are the architect of our life. So if our thoughts build what our life becomes, that is actually pretty cool if you're in good sprit. yin/yang, positive negative. Thoughts are the water and sun that nourish those seeds to sprout and grow, so it's best to water the right one. I must remind myself of this more often, i've been lazy.
